This is a great stage hypnosis book. I highly recommend it to anyone who is a stage hypnotist or wants to be a stage hypnotist.
The Ronning Guide to Modern Stage Hypnosis is without a doubt the most treasured book in my professional library. It's definitely the new encyclopedia of contemporary stage hypnosis. Having taken the SHC home training as well as the live training, this book ties everything together so beautifully. Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned professional, this book should be absolute required reading. The only criticism I feel compelled to make regarding this book is it's price. It's so underpriced, it's ridiculous. The information that you'll gain from reading it is worth at least many times that price. Do yourself a favor and read this book! Believe me, you will not be disappointed.

If you're looking for a single, complete and modern approach to learning stage hypnosis, you're looking at it. Sure you can get the material here from a lot of other sources, but Geoff Ronning has laid it out for you in the most direct and most practical manner ever.
Geoff includes exercises you can and/or need to do in order to succeed. He also provides you with additional web site links (especially made for this book's readers) to further your study and increase your knowledge base.
Another very notable part is where Geoff discusses things that can go wrong during a show and how to deal with these. Very few stage hypnosis resources out there even suggests that things can and will go wrong.
