Shipping Considerations:
Personally, I like things sent promptly, I
like good communication and I like things packaged well.
We strive to maintain those qualities and
we are proud of our track record and customer compliments.
In a nutshell, we ship promptly, email you
upon shipment and package our items so there is no breakage.
Shipping Costs:
Our shipping options are designed to get your
packages to you quickly, without costing you an arm
and a leg.
Our shipping costs are NOT a profit center,
in fact, it often times costs us more than you pay, because
we use a flat rate shipping option.
A lot of people like this, and it creates
a lot of good will, so it is a win win situation.
Shipping Considerations:
Your main shipping considerations are:
1) how fast you want to get your item
2) if you want a tracking number
Below I have listed brief descriptions
of your shipping choices:
Your Shipping Option -
This is the type of service you can choose. The speed with
which your order arrives is based on when we ship it, and
what quality level of shipping service you decide to purchase.
We always ship promptly, so the type of service
you decide on, will dictate the other factors explained below...
ETA -
This stand for "Estimated Time of Arrival."
This is an estimated time only based on our experience.
International orders, please understand that
once a package leaves the United States, it typically will
go through your countries customs and leaves our hands entirely.
We have no control at that point.
This means that the ETA is just that, an estimated
time of arrival. We do everything we can, including shipping
promptly, but ultimately, the speed with which your order
arrives is based on how much you pay to get it there, and
your countries postal laws and process.
Tracking Number -
Some people like them, some people don't care.
If you are the type of person that likes a tracking number,
make sure that the shipping option you choose offers it.
If you get a shipping option that does not
have a tracking number offered, there is no way to determine
where your package is located.
Duties and Administrative Fees
for International Customers
Our International Customers tell me these
are standard. Basically, if you order stuff from outside your
country, your country may tax you or charge you an administrative
fee.
This fee has nothing to do with us, we don't
get a nickel. Here is some additional information regarding

In addition consult your countries postal
service.
That explains our shipping
options. Remember, if you choose a shipping option without
a tracking number there is no way to track your package.
